Pre-registration is mandatory and it can be done until September 30th 2018.
In order to organize our scientific activities during the week, participants are kindly requested to register by following this link.
After registered, participants are kindly requested to download the pre-registration form, fill in it with your personal information, a provisional title of your oral or poster presentation and the session you want to join and upload it by following this link before the 30th of September 2018.
The forms will give us an indication of the number of potential participants and allow to draft a preliminary program that we will be posted on the web site together with a formal call for abstracts by the end of 2018. Acceptation of oral and poster presentations, information about inscription fees, social events, and details about the venue will be posted later.
