How to Reach Lecce
Lecce is well connected and easily accessible for attendees of the conference.
By Air:
The closest airport to Lecce is Brindisi – Salento Airport (BDS), located approximately 40 km away from the city.
Another option is Bari airport (BRI).
From the airports, you can reach Lecce by:
Train: a direct train from Brindisi to Lecce station takes about 30 minutes. You have to reach Brindisi Train station by bus, more informations at this link : https://brindisi.airports.aeroportidipuglia.it/da-e-per-gli-aeroporti/type/bus/
From Bari airport you can take a train to the main station (Bari Centrale) and a train from Bari Centrale to Lecce.

Shuttle Service from Brindisi: you can book in advance your ride to/from Lecce: with the service AirShuttle, a single ride costs about 20€ and can be booked here: https://www.airshuttle.it/
You can also rent a car at the airports.
By Train:
Lecce is well-served by the national railway network. The Lecce Railway Station connects the city with major cities such as Bari, Brindisi, and Taranto. The station is located about 10-15 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the Rettorato, where the workshop will take place. High-speed trains and regional services run regularly. By Car:
Lecce is easily accessible by road via the A14 and SS613 highways. The journey from Bari takes approximately 2 hours by car; from Brindisi it's around 40 minutes. Please keep in mind that the conference venue is in the city centre, a restricted traffic zone, so double-check with your hotel for access and reserved parking areas.
