CMIS 2018 - Abstracts guidelines

Prospective speakers are invited to submit contributions on any of the Conference topics.

Format instructions:

  • The template for preparation of the abstract is available here (.zip);
  • The maximum length of the abstract is two pages;
  • The name of the presenting author has to be underlined. This is necessary also in case of only one author;
  • References have to be added following strictly the template rules;
  • Authors are asked to send their contributions in .pdf format. Other formats will not be accepted;
  • The name of the pdf file should be: "Surname-Name.pdf", where Surname-Name is the corresponding author.

Acknowledgement of receipt: The receipt of an abstract will be acknowledged automatically via email.

Author notification: Acceptance/rejection letters for the two-page abstracts will be sent according to the scheduling.

Final Acceptance: Scheduling of a contribution for oral presentation at the Conference is conditional upon the acceptance of the two-page abstract and the payment of the presenting author's registration fee before the payment deadline.

General rules: The corresponding author should be the presenting author whenever possible. Only one presentation per registration is allowed.

Publication

The Conference Proceedings will be available on a USB-stick containing the two-page abstracts.
