The conference will be held at Ecoresort Le Sirenè in Gallipoli, 40Km South-East to Lecce. As in the previous edition, participants are kindly requested to arrange their own bookings. In order to book, please download this form, print it and fill it out with your requests, credit card details and signature. Then send a scan of it to centroprenotazioni@attiliocaroli.it.
The Hotel is better reached through Brindisi airport, or Lecce train station. There will be a conference shuttle; information will be circulated in due time.
The agreed rates for Full Board (including meals and the use of Hotel facilities and sea shore) are valid for a stay from 20 June (arrival day) to 27 June (departure day). Other rates for shorter stays can be negotiated directly with the Hotel staff. The rates are:
- Double room, per person per night: 110 €
- Single room, per person per night: 140 €
A limited number of rooms is available at Le Sirene and we invite the participants to book at their earliest convenience. In case of late booking, if there are no vacancies left in Le Sirene, or if you just wish to live in the center of Gallipoli, the management of the Hotel offers the possibility to book in the Joli Park Hotel at the rates:
- Double room, per person per night: 100 €
- Single room, per person per night: 130 €

A free shuttle service will be available to connect Le Sirene with Joli during the conference and at the arrival and departure days.
