Poster formatting guidelines
Recommended poster size is A0 portrait.
Poster sessions take place after either a lunch or coffee break; if you wish to do so, you can present your poster during these breaks as well. Upon registration you will receive a conference leaflet indicating which poster board to use, but each poster session will have a chair who can be contacted for further assistance.
Printing facilities: In case you need to print your poster in Lecce, the "Copisteria Palma" is at a walking distance from the conference venue, in Viale de Pietro Michele, 13, 73100 Lecce LE (https://www.silviopalmasrl.it/).
Please consider to check how much time they need to give you the printed version of your file.
Presentation guidelines
Please aim for 20 minute-long presentations.
Your slides should be uploaded and tested on the conference computer in the first 15 minutes of the coffee or lunch break immediately preceding your presentation.
Presenters of oral session 4 (Tuesday 18th, 10.00-11.00) and session 7 (Wednesday 19th 10.00-11.00), are kindly asked to upload and test their presentation 15 minutes before the Keynote Speech of that day.
Please provide your slides on a usb stick, in either .pptx or .pdf format, embedding fonts and sound- and video-files if necessary.
