Each intended participant is requested to register on-line to the ICG2025 Conference and pay the registration fee. Please, notice that no on-site payment will be possible during the Conference, therefore all participants must register and pay their registration fee in advance of the conference, in all cases by next December 30th, 2024. Registration and payment details are indicated below.
REGISTRATION FEE
The participant registration fee includes attendance (in person) to the ICG2025 Conference, the conference bag with all printed materials and conference information, all coffee/tea breaks and buffet lunches during the conference, a Welcome Reception in the evening of Sunday, Jan. 19th and the Social Dinner of Tuesday, Jan. 21st.
Registration fees (including VAT) are as the following:
□ AIC member 320,00 €
□ Non-AIC member 390,00 €
□ PhD student 185,00 €
PhD students must provide a signed statement of their Tutors, certifying their student status.
Accompanying persons must pay a reduced registration fee which includes participation to the Welcome Reception in the evening of Sunday, Jan. 19th and the Conference Social Dinner in the evening of Tuesday, Jan. 21st.
