Your slides should be uploaded and tested on the conference computer in the first 15 minutes of the coffee or lunch break immediately preceding your presentation.

Presenters of oral session 4 (Tuesday 18^th, 10.00-11.00) and session 7 (Wednesday 19^th 10.00-11.00), are kindly asked to upload and test their presentation 15 minutes before the Keynote Speech of that day.

Please provide your slides on a usb stick, in either .pptx or .pdf format, embedding fonts and sound- and video-files if necessary.
